Summer Plans

Summer is one of the times of the year when my family does plenty of activities together. For starters, my parents take my brother and me to a waterpark to cool off, particularly the Wings and Waves water park at McMinnville. In July, we go to Stayton and watch the Independence Day Parade, as it is quite entertaining to watch. However, this year, since I am a cheerleader, I will be in the parade throwing candy at the people. Speaking of cheer, I like going to cheer practices as they are a lot of fun and great to train for the football season, especially stunting. Another event I am stoked about is my brother and I’s birthday on July 12. We do a lot of things on our birthdays. Recently, we invited our friends to go bowling together and hang out. It is arguably one of the best days of summer! My family also tends to travel a lot during the summer, but I like to travel to Florida in particular, just because it has lots of guava. However, what I like best about summer is hanging out with family and friends, because there is no world where you can’t have someone to have fun with alongside you.
