Girls Basketball Wrap Up

The Regis Girls basketball team went 18-10 overall this season, making it to the first round of State Playoffs. Three of the girls on the team received all-league awards: Clara Persons made first-team all-league, Adelle Otter made second-team all-league, and Hadley Foster made third team all-league. Congrats to these girls for all their hard work. Along with Hadley Foster making third team, she was also aggressive in getting the boards. She was the best rebounder on our team. The best defender on our team was Clara Persons, who recorded over 100 steals in the season. This season’s team captains were Adelle Otter and Kaylee Silbernagel. They did a great job of communicating with the whole team throughout the season. 

Alli Hendricks was the Senior on the Regis girl’s basketball team. She was a big part of our team, and also the most supportive girl on the team. She would always do a cheer in the locker room before we went out to play, getting us all hyped and ready to go! Next year we hope to come out aggressive, strong, and ready to win! How this last season ended will be motivation for all the girls on the Regis basketball team moving forward.
