Memebean

Something that I believe to be interesting is Membean. If you are unaware of what I’m talking about, Membean is an online grammar practice website. It was implemented at the start of our school year in English classes with the intention of improving our personal vocabulary.
The person responsible for implementing this program is Bridget O’Neill, an English teacher. She had used this program at previous schools and believed it would be a good fit here at Regis. The student body says otherwise, after discussing the topic with some of my peers, I have concluded. They believe Membean should just be removed entirely.
With this news, I confronted the woman herself, Bridget O’Neill. When faced with this news from the student body she spoke of/about how she knew the program wasn’t all too popular but also said in her own words “For Your Information Membean was not intended to torture you but to methodically add to your lexicons”. With all of this, I have concluded, that Membean is the chore you hate to do but know has to get done because it overall has a positive outcome of improving our vocabulary.
