Rams Defeat Santiam

On April 23rd, the Regis Rams baseball team played the Santiam Wolverines on Santiam’s field. Regis played extremely well, winning 14-0. The Rams had solid defense and had great at-bats. Some highlights of the game were Max Eaton hitting a double, Luke Castillio hitting two doubles, and Bryson Nygren hitting a grand slam and also pitching a no-hitter. After the game, I interviewed Owen Eaton, and he said, “I really enjoyed how we scored 6 runs in the 1st inning, which really set the tone.” This was one of the best games Regis Rams baseball has played this year.
