Prom 2023 was a night to remember!

This last weekend Regis had prom at The Brick Room in downtown Salem. A night filled with dancing, pictures, screaming songs, and great times! The theme was “forever after”, loosely based on the Disney film Tangled. This year’s prom princes were Casey Voltin, Josh Blish, and Marcus Hurst and this year’s prom princesses were Allison Hendricks, Melissa Gonzalez, and Emma Hedrick. In the midst of a long night of dancing, Josh Blish and Emma Hedrick were crowned prom king and queen, celebrating their victory with their signature handshake and a slow dance. The night ended with Michael Duncan leading the room in a conga line to the song “Escape(The Piña Colada Song)”. Students also enjoyed many different styles of dancing, including swing dancing, line dancing, slow dancing, and even ballroom dancing. The crowd’s favorite songs were “Boys a Liar pt. 2” and “Just Wanna Rock”. Overall it was a very fun night and everyone got home safe.
