Mr. King

Our beloved teacher Mr. King was born in Corvallis, Oregon, but grew up in Albany. He went to South Albany High School until he graduated in 2015. After high school, Mr. King went to Linn Benton Community College for a year. He then took a gap year, and after his gap year, he went back to Linn Benton to finish all of his prerequisite classes. After completing all of his prerequisites, he transferred to Western Oregon University, where he graduated in the spring of 2021 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. In May of 2023, he will graduate from Grand Canyon University with his Master’s in Education. 

Mr. King came to Regis because Mr. Vancauteren had called him and said they had an opening for a Health & P.E. teacher. Mr. Vancauteren was also Mr. King’s Economics teacher back in high school. Mr. King has been to the exotic city of Cancun, which is in Southern Mexico. He’s also been all over the country, and some of the states include Idaho, Montana, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, and Wyoming. He is the oldest of his siblings, the younger ones being twin sisters. He got married in June of 2021 and has two dogs named Griffey and Baylor.
